Hey, I’m Charlotte – head baker and owner of Charlotte’s Sweet Treats.
I’m based in Newhaven, East Sussex and have been making biscuits and cakes for years for friends and family. I set up officially in October 2024 and have been popping up at local events around Sussex ever since! Gingerbread is my seasonal specialty with the odd celebration cake.
